The 2003 performance report will not be printed, since only an internal draft was developed last year. For 2004, it was decided by FHWA management that there be two versions of the report, one for internal management and panel consumption, the other for outside audiences. The 2004 "internal" report has been distributed for panel review and will be discussed at the November 2004 Panel Meeting. The "external" report will be finished in time for the TRB Annual Meeting.
Work still needs to be done to identify additional performance measures, some with more outcome orientation.
