Develop TELUM, a user friendly land use model for distribution to MPOs. The model is based on DRAM and EMPAL. TELUM includes a series of modules to assist the user in model input, calibration and application.
Status: TELUM has been completed and hs been distributed to Beta testers. TELUM is available through the TELUS website.
