The goal of this project was to provide planners with guidance on how to meet Federal requirements for travel modeling as it relates to air quality analysis.
It was detremined in the Fall of 2003 that a more appropriate way to accomplish this task was to approach NAS to manage and conduct a Modeling Synthesis project. Like the "Characteristics" project, the "Modeling Guidance" project has subsequently been discontinued.
