Oregon TLUMIP

Project Description:

The Oregon Model Improvement Program (OMIP) has initiated work on a new statewide land use and travel demand forecasting model called the Transportation and Land Use Model Integration Program (TLUMIP). To share their results as they build the new model with the wider modeling community, OMIP has held 3 symposia to explain the work being done and receive input from modelers around the world. TMIP is helping this effort by supplying partial funding for the conference and the publishing of conference proceedings. The last conference was conducted in July 2002, with the proceedings available through TMIP. The next TLUMIP conference is scheduled for November 2005.

FY03 funds have been identified to support the 2004 conference.
